Enroll into NPDB Continuous Query

When enrolling into NPDB continuous query, there are multiple steps to consider.

1. The subject needs to be monitored.
2. The subject needs to have an associated primary license.
3. You will enroll the monitor subject by sending the required NPDB data.
4. ProviderTrust enrolls subjects in NPDB continuous query by a scheduled job. It may take 15 minutes to complete enrollment.
5. When a subject has an NPDB report, you will receive the report in the alerts call.
