Attach Licenses and Board Certifications

When performing license verification there are multiple parts to consider.

1. The subject needs to be in monitoring.
2. You will associate the license or board certification with the monitor-subject.
3. You will map the issuer and type to ProviderTrust’s internal system.
4. You will receive the verification result.
5. Depending on the license status, you may want to update the license to perform a new verification.
