Performs an instant lookup of a single NPI against ProviderTrust's monitored data sources (exclusions, preclusions, opt-outs, licenses, OFAC, and NPI validation). Returns an array with a single search result. The returned searchHistoryId can be used with GET /search/history/{historyId} to retrieve the saved result later.
